IT SECURITY SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Security, the Security specialist will be responsible for safeguarding information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual information systems security threats thought the KCB network.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed technical analysis of electronic threats, including malware, viruses and other Internet-based attacks
Participate in security design and monitoring of operating system and application security, and recommend solutions to achieve business needs.
Provide access control permissions and rights to the various IT system applications
Review logical rights & permissions to system access on a quarterly basis with business heads
Harden the various operating, application and database systems.
Carryout risk assessment and advice management on potential risks during new system implementation and business process re-engineering
Carryout core banking system security functionalities including but not limited to user management
Ability to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, utilizing tools commercial and open source tools
Conduct penetration testing in line with Open Web application Security project
Monitor audit logs of applications, operating systems and databases

The Person:
For the above position, the successful applicants should have: -
Bachelor’s degree in ICT or related field from a recognized university
A post graduate qualification in a related field will be an added advantage
Certification on any of CISM,CISSP, CCNA , CISA ,CASP, GIAC
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Technology with hands on experience in Active Directory management, IT Security on operating systems and databases (Oracle, SQL, Unix)

TRAINING MANAGER
Reporting to the Head, Learning & Development, the Training Manager will Manage the learning and professional development of employees. This involves assessing the training needs of the employees, as well as designing and delivering learning solutions for various Business units.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for respective businesses / head office departments and subsidiaries prioritizing the application of training solutions

Responsible for managing (developing and maintaining) Power systems (Generators, UPSes, ACs, Electrical Installations and Stabilizers) within all bank premises by ensuring that the systems are up and running with no services interruption.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all power systems activities and provide work direction and supervision to power systems staff.

Human Resource Advisor at KCB Bank, Tanzania
The Position
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, Head Office & International Business , the HR Advisor will provide HR support to allocated Divisions within the Head Office & International Businesses to ensure requisite support, challenge and value addition.
Key responsibilities:
Manage staff resourcing and recruitment needs as per approved staff establishment.
Provide strong HR consultancy, advice and coaching to managers in the respective Divisions.
Focus on Talent and Succession, Resourcing, Retention and Learning and Development of Employees within allocated Divisions.
Manage and maintain performance management for Divisions within Head Office & International Businesses in order to achieve high Performance.
Monitor and control staff operational costs for respective Divisions at optimal levels.
Undertake internal customers and stakeholder engagements and resolve all HR related matters.
Manage Career development and progression.
Resolve internal customer queries, conflicts and complaints (HR help desk issues/telephone calls, walk- in customers)
The Person:
University Degree from a recognized institution. Possession of a postgraduate degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
Professional qualification in Human Resource Management
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
Knowledge of Talent and Skill pool management
Knowledge and application of the Bank’s products, services and policies
Experience of implementing a wide range of process improvement activities
Must display superior verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
Demonstrated creativity and analytical ability.
Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with a diverse group
