Gemini tours began officials operations in the year 2009 and
seek to provide tours/travels /car hire and adventure packages to the general
market both locally and internationally.
Gemini Tour and safaris is seeking for hard working and
committed administrator to cover the vacant position in one of their branches
in Dar es salaam currently located at Double tree hotel, ground floor at Masaki
mainly to manage all the Airport transfers, hotel staffs transport and
logistics administrative obligations.
Administrator core duties will be mainly maintaining
reputable customer care and act as a link between the hotel and Gemini Tours
and safaris on all aspects including guests airport transfers, staffs transport
logistics and any other incoming clients business.

Key responsibilities:
·
Receive, schedule and manage airport transfers
information from the hotel reservation and customer care department for
implementation and maintain a good business relationship.
·
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly airport
transfers report to the General Manager
·
Supervise shuttle drivers to ensure they follow
regulations and schedules within productive shifts.
·
Develop the shift schedules for drivers to
follow in line with scheduled arrival times for transfers to hotels and city or
departure times when picking passengers from hotels and designated city points
·
Maintain enough manpower to complement and help operate shuttle
services during peak times
·
Collect time attendance sheets from drivers
·
Manage airport transfers information from the
hotel reservation /customer care representative
·
Prepare vehicle/ fuel roster to the accountant
and timeline as per the available shifts and demands
·
Ensure that driver’s uniforms, log books and
shift schedule are in order.
·
Direct the maintenance of vehicles reported to
have technical problems
·
Ensure that staff contracts, petty cash receipts,
outsourced vehicle contracts, accounts, bank reconciliations documents,
claimsreports, drivers schedules reports, hotel staffs schedule status, fuel
credit facility fuel contracts, payment receipts files are well filed and arranged.

Ensure hotel staffs transport logistics are well
scheduled and arranged
·
Facilitate weekly operational meeting with the
accountant and drivers and send meeting minutes to the General Manager for
actions.
·
Prepare procurement proposal such as vehicle
stickers, driver’s shirts, identification cards, stationary and any other to
the accountant for payment approval.
·
Any assist the General Manager on other assigned
duties .
